Dear Wish Fountain, I have experienced a great disappointment at my current workplace. I do not know if my feelings are justified or not, but I feel deeply exploited. Other colleagues are given opportunities that were initially promised to me but have now become irrelevant. I feel as if I have fulfilled my purpose, and now I can leave. I want to leave as well, but the new situation is not yet fully clarified. So I have to stay where I am for a while longer. The problem is that my sense of duty wants me to fulfill my work, but my soul does not cooperate. In any case, I often fall ill, miss work, and suffer from the situation.
