Genograms create spaces in which feelings unfold, forces show their effect and the body moves in the laid order.
You sit with me at a table and tell me what it’s all about. I pay attention to many things. In particular, I pay attention to all the systems that are crowding around your situation. This is the approach for the genograms. The systems are drawn into the sand so you can move in it. With our heads, we can look at all the problems. But sometimes that’s not enough. The departure of the systems blindfolded makes the body decide. The body reacts more strongly to the feelings that can be better recognized in physical movement. Often it is feelings that prevent us from finding a solution. By walking through the genograms, you experience how you really feel. Very quickly it becomes clear what can be changed where, so that your life force leads back to a quality of life.
The system of a genogram results from the description of the problem situation. Write down on a piece of paper all the orders that occur. These can be places, buildings, rooms, people and all intangible orders such as wishes, dreams and goals.
After a rough sketch on the sheet of paper, we go together to a beach or in the dunes. There you draw the systems with a plug or with the foot in the sand. You create the spaces for the systems. With this painting you construct the genogram.
It may sound mystical, but after the lines are drawn, the system is named and unfolds its power effect. Once you enter, you feel a change of worlds. Shamanically, you drew orders. In order, force flows in the manner prescribed by the order. That is why this clear perception occurs.
You need a companion, because your eyes are closed when you walk. The effect of order is physically felt for you. This is more noticeable when you see nothing. I’ll make sure you don’t stumble or leave the genogram too far. I also help you to experience the whole effect from different perspectives. It is also possible that you stay in a system for a long time, even a lying down can be helpful.
